eWeb is a free distribution CD Rom, the client (registered user/s) will not be charged by the distributor (Glass Technology UK Limited).  The client understands that use of this eWeb CD Rom is purely within the registered company infrastructure and the distribution or coping to a third party is strictly forbidden and is protected by all current Copy Right Laws.

The eWeb CD Rom shall remain the property of the distributor, who holds sole rights to the distribution and use; the distributor can request the return of single or group registered discs and this shall be adhered to with immediate effect including the deletion of all eWeb software and data from intranet servers or personal computers.  The distributor will refund any postage costs, unless return request is due to misuse contravening these current terms & conditions.

All information contained within the eWeb CD Rom is purely for guidance only and the distributor will not accept any responsibility for any glass specifications based solely on the eWeb data; specifically, glass types, photometric, acoustic, barrier loaded glasses and all other technical related issues.  It is strongly advised that the client seeks professional assistance by qualified glass expert prior to specifying any glass products.
